Yes. Our service call fee depends on your location and the time of day. Service calls start at $85 and may vary based on travel distance and whether after-hours or emergency service is required. We’ll always let you know the cost before any work begins.

What's the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock?

Accepted Answer

Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys stop working while keeping your existing lock. Replacement swaps the whole lock for a new one. Rekeying is usually faster and cheaper if the lock is in good shape.

What should I do after a break-in?

If you suspect a break-in, first make sure everyone is safe and do not enter the property if the intruder may still be inside. Call your local non-emergency police line (or 911 if there is an immediate emergency) to report the incident. Once the scene has been cleared, contact us and we’ll repair or replace damaged locks, secure your property, and reinforce your entry doors if needed.
