If you are locked out
We attend residential lockouts and open locks using the method that suits the hardware in front of us. Depending on the lock, that may be picking, bypass, or — where the lock cannot be opened another way or is already damaged — drilling and replacing the cylinder.
We will not promise that every lock can be opened without damage. High-security and damaged cylinders sometimes cannot. What we will do is tell you before starting which approach we intend to use and what it means for the hardware.
Common situations
Keys left inside, lost while out, or broken off in the cylinder.
A door that has locked behind you, including self-locking suite and building doors.
A lock that has failed mechanically and will no longer turn with the correct key.
Verification and follow-up
We ask for proof that you are entitled to enter the property before opening any lock. Once inside, if the lock caused the problem we can repair, rekey or replace it in the same visit.
